9-Day Uganda Rwanda Gorilla & Wildlife Safari
Day 1 – Kampala/Entebbe to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Begin your Uganda safari with a scenic journey from Kampala or Entebbe toward Queen Elizabeth National Park. Travel through beautiful countryside and local communities before arriving at your lodge. Enjoy an evening relaxation or optional game viewing depending on arrival time.
Day 2 – Queen Elizabeth Game Drive & Kazinga Channel Cruise
Start with an early morning game drive across Queen Elizabeth National Park in search of elephants, buffaloes, lions, Uganda kob, antelopes and other wildlife. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise along the famous Kazinga Channel, where hippos, crocodiles, elephants and waterbirds can be observed.
Day 3 – Queen Elizabeth to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Travel toward Bwindi through the scenic landscapes of southwestern Uganda. Enjoy views of rolling hills, forests and local communities along the journey. Arrive near Bwindi and prepare for your mountain gorilla trekking experience.
Day 4 – Bwindi Gorilla Trekking Experience
Spend the day exploring Bwindi Impenetrable Forest on a guided mountain gorilla trekking adventure. Walk through the ancient rainforest with experienced trackers in search of a habituated gorilla family. Return to your lodge after the trek to relax.
Day 5 – Bwindi to Volcanoes National Park, Rwanda
